IT is all true. He took an amazingly large piece of my heart for himself. And he left me very quiet when he departed. Not empty just at a loss as to how to proceed. How anyone ever confused him with a worn out old plow horse I will never know. He represents so much that is all the gold. And he did gallop across my heart. And I do hear the echo. My mistake was thinking in the past tense. Thank you all so much. For myself and for Eli.
I have been in the horse industry for many years.
I can honestly say that the awe some feel upon first coming in contact with horses has never dulled with time for me.
My family and I operate a small rescue in the state of Minnesota.
We are dedicated to the preservation of quality in life for equines and their people.
Godspeed Eli!
